Classes of Directors. The Board shall be divided into two classes known as the “Representative Director Class” and the “Nominee Director Class” consisting of the number of members (each a “Director”) serving for the terms as provided in this Section 7. In this Agreement, the term “Board” shall mean the entire Board (comprising all Representative Directors and Nominee Directors) and the term “Director” shall be used to refer generally to either a Representative Director or a Nominee Director).
