Class License Sample Clauses
A Class License clause grants permission for a specific group or class of individuals or entities to use certain intellectual property, technology, or resources under defined terms. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of the license, such as which class of users are covered (for example, all students enrolled in a particular program or all employees of a company), the rights granted, and any limitations or conditions. By clearly specifying who is authorized and under what circumstances, the clause ensures that only the intended group benefits from the license, thereby preventing unauthorized use and providing legal clarity for both licensors and licensees.
