Claims Processor. The Claims Processor is The Garden City Group, Inc., or upon its resignation or removal, any Person(s) to be appointed to oversee the administration of claims for benefits. The Claims Processor shall be authorized to make final and binding determinations under this Agreement with the authority of an Arbitrator under the Federal Arbitration Act.
