No Person shall have any claim against the Plaintiff, Defendant, Counsel for Defendant, Class Counsel, the Settlement Administrator, or the Releasees or their agents based on administration of the Settlement substantially in accordance with the terms of the Agreement or any order of the Court or any appellate court.
