Claims by Third Parties. The exclusive rights and remedy of Customer for claims by Third Parties for property loss or damage, personal injury or bodily injury, including death, arising in any manner from the operation or performance of the Launch Vehicle, to the extent such claims are not eligible for payment as provided in Paragraph 15.3.2, shall be the indemnification by Contractor as provided in Paragraph 15.3.2.
