Common use of Claims Accounting Clause in Contracts

Claims Accounting. No later than fourteen (14) calendar days before the filing date for Plaintiff’s motion in support of the Final Approval Order and Final Judgment, the Settlement Administrator will serve upon Settlement Class Counsel and XXXXXX’s Counsel a report indicating, among other things, the number of timely and valid Claim Forms that were submitted.

Claims Accounting. No later than fourteen (14) calendar days before the filing date for Plaintiff’s Plaintiffs’ motion in support of the Final Approval Order and Final Judgment, the Settlement Administrator will serve upon Settlement Class Counsel and XXXXXXFrontier’s Counsel a report indicating, among other things, the number of timely and valid Claim Forms that were submittedhave been submitted as of that date.
