Common use of Claimants Clause in Contracts

Claimants. Each Settlement Class Member who does not timely submit a valid Request for Exclusion from the Settlement as required in this Agreement will be entitled to make a claim. Each Settlement Class Member will be entitled to make one claim regardless of the number of text messages received from Life Time by that Settlement Class Member during the Class Period.

Claimants. Each Settlement Class Member who does not timely submit a valid Request for Exclusion and validly request exclusion from the Settlement as required in this Agreement will shall be a Settlement Class Member and entitled to make a claim. Each Settlement Class Member will shall be entitled to make only one claim claim, regardless of the number of text messages received from Life Time by accounts that Settlement Class Member during had or has with Defendants, or the number of calls made to that Settlement Class Periodmember's cell phone number(s).
