Each such Member shall be considered a “Party-Appointed Arbitrator” (“Party-Appointed Arbitrator”), consistent with Commercial Arbitration Rule R-12. If the Claimant Party subsequently submits the Notice of Dispute to the Arbitration Administrator as provided in Section 7.6(c), then within ten (10) Business Days of such submission, the Party-Appointed Arbitrators shall select a neutral third Member (the “Neutral Member”) in accordance with Commercial Arbitration Rules R-11 and R-13, except that the Neutral Member need not be from the National Roster of Commercial Arbitrators. If the Respondent Party proposes that the Review Board shall consist of one Member, then the Member shall be selected in accordance with Section 7.10(a)(iii).
