Common use of Claimant commitment Clause in Contracts

Claimant commitment. Description: “A change is taking place. The introduction of the claimant commitment means you will now have clear job goals and a tailored action plan to help you get the most of your jobsearch. And we’ll support you: your work coach will help you each step of the way, and we’ll provide the tools you need to make sure your jobsearch is as good as it can be.” Evidence shows that having clear goals and a step by step plan are key elements in achieving successful behaviour change. We want to position the claimant commitment as an enabler, whilst recognising that not all claimants will have one.
