Common use of Claim Form Availability Clause in Contracts

Claim Form Availability. The Claim Form shall be in a substantially similar form to that attached as Exhibit 3. The Claim Form will be: (i) included on the Settlement Website to be designed and administered by the Settlement Administrator; (ii) made readily available from the Settlement Administrator, including by request from the Settlement Administrator by mail, email, or calling a toll-free number provided by the Settlement Administrator; and (iii) made readily available via a website address included in the Short Form Notice that will be mailed and/or emailed to members of the Settlement Class for whom Wyndham Hotels has a mailing address and/or email address.
