Common use of City's and Employee Contribution to the Fund Clause in Contracts

City's and Employee Contribution to the Fund. The City's and Employee monthly contribution to the Fund is as follows: Effective Date 7/1/19 9/1/20 City Contribution $900.00 $850.00 The eight-hundred-fifty dollar ($850.00) monthly contribution will begin on the 20th of the month following City Council approval of this Agreement and will be effective for twelve (12) consecutive months. Should the City expand the employee group that receive benefits from the Fund, and the monthly contribution for the newly covered employees exceeds the monthly amount defined above, the City agrees to negotiate a composite contribution schedule for the entire group of employees.
