Common use of City Funds Clause in Contracts

City Funds. As an initial contribution each year, each Party shall contribute 50- percent (its “Share”) of the total City Funds in the approved Annual Budget. The Parties shall deposit its Share with Fiscal Agent by January 31 of the start of the budget year.
