City Benefits. The City Benefits to be provided to the Proponent shall be comprised of the following (collectively, the "City Benefits"):
City Benefits. All full time City employees will receive a fifty percent (50%) reduction in their municipal golf course use fees (employee only) during the term of this Agreement.

City Benefits. City desires to advance the socio-economic interests of the City and its residents by encouraging quality development and economic growth in the development and use of the Property, thereby enhancing employment opportunities for residents and expanding the City’s economic base. The long-term occupancy of land contributes to community stability by providing services and jobs, and encouraging employees to become involved and active members of the community. City also desires to gain the public benefits of the Project, including funding for improvements and community benefit programs under the Existing Approvals and this Agreement, which are in addition to those dedications, conditions and Exactions required by laws or regulations, and which advance the planning objectives of, and provide benefits to, the City.
