City Applicable Law. Except as otherwise provided in this Development Agreement, “City Applicable Law” consists of the City’s rules, regulations, and official policies applicable to the Project in force and effect on the Effective Date and new or modified rules, regulations, or official policies that comply with Section 2.04.
