Choice of Law; Jurisdiction. Except to the extent superseded or preempted by federal U.S. law, the rights and obligations of the parties and the terms of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the State of Wisconsin, but without regard to the State of Wisconsin's conflict of laws rules.
