Child Development Associate Clause Samples

The 'Child Development Associate' clause defines the qualifications, responsibilities, or requirements related to individuals holding a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential within an agreement or policy. Typically, this clause outlines the necessary certification standards, ongoing professional development expectations, or the scope of duties for CDA-certified staff in childcare or educational settings. By specifying these criteria, the clause ensures that personnel meet recognized standards for early childhood education, thereby promoting quality care and compliance with regulatory or organizational requirements.
