Chief Executive Office; Collateral Locations. The address of the principal place of business, the chief executive office and the location of books and records relating to the Accounts of Borrower is as set forth on Schedule 6.6 hereto, which address is the mailing address for such principal place of business and chief executive office. Subject to Section 7.2 below, as of the date hereof, the Collateral is located only at the locations set forth on Schedule 6.6.
