Common use of Chief Adjudicator Clause in Contracts

Chief Adjudicator. ‌ The Chief Adjudicator is accountable: a. To the Minister for the Tribunal’s performance in exercising the jurisdiction assigned to it by the Acts, including: i. For reporting to the Minister, as requested, on the Tribunal’s adjudicative activities, provided that such reporting shall not include discussion or exchanging of confidential information about current, past or future proceedings before the Tribunal; ii. For ensuring timely communications with the Minister regarding any issue that affects, or can reasonably be expected to affect, the Minister’s responsibilities for the Tribunal; and b. To the Chair of the Board for the Tribunal’s performance in fulfilling the Board’s administrative directions.
