Checkout Time on Move-out Date. Final checkout time is at 11:00 a.m. on the move-out date. Tenant may check out prior to the termination of this Agreement, however, Tenant is responsible for all payments as they become due through the termination of this Agreement. If Tenant checks out earlier than the Termination Date, Housing Services may take possession and enter the Rental Property at any time for cleaning, maintenance or administrative reasons.
