CHECKING IN. All students must officially check in through the rental office before taking occupancy of the apartment. Return your "Check-in inventory and Smoke Detector" sheets to the rental office within FIVE DAYS after checking in. This is for your protection. Damages found in the apartment when you leave will be checked against the list, and you will be charged for damages that are not noted on your "Check-in Inventory".
