Common use of Check-Off Form Clause in Contracts

Check-Off Form. During the life of this Agreement and in accordance with the terms of the form of Authorization of Check-Off of Dues hereinafter set forth and to the extent the laws of the State of Michigan permit, the Employer agrees to deduct Union membership dues levied in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union from the pay of each employee who individually executes or has executed an authorization form authorizing such deductions.

Check-Off Form.
