Exclusions and Reservations A. Nothing in this Article will be construed as authorizing Company to conduct any business on the Premises, Common Use Areas, or Airport separate and apart from the conduct of its permitted uses as authorized in this Agreement.
DISCLAIMERS; EXCLUSIONS; LIMITATIONS Subject to §4, neither party makes any warranties (express, implied, or otherwise), including implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, or title, related to its performance or anything else provided under this Agreement. GENERAL EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS 1. This Agreement does not cover performance of routine maintenance. You are responsible for performing all routine maintenance and cleaning for all covered Items as specified and recommended by the manufacturer. You are also responsible for providing all routine maintenance for all areas of a Covered Property around covered Items to ensure that these Items are able to function properly as specified by the manufacturer.

Support Limitations LightEdge Technical Support is not responsible for end-user support of issues not directly related to Service. This includes (but is not limited to) Customer operating systems, Customer equipment, or Customer application support.
BUY AMERICA REQUIREMENT (Applies only to Federally Funded Highway and Transit Projects) With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded highway projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 23 U.S.C. Section 313, 23 C.F.R. Section 635.410, as amended, and the Steel and Iron Preference provisions of Texas Transportation Code Section 223.045, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded transit projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 49 U.S.C. Section 5323(j)(1), 49 C.F.R. Sections 661.6 or 661.12, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs.
Provisions Applicable to Certain Agreements The provisions in this section are applicable only to the types of orders specified in the first sentence of each subsection. If this Agreement is not of the type described in the first sentence of a subsection, then that subsection does not apply to the Agreement.
CLEC to CLEC Conversions for Unbundled Loops 2.1.11.1 The CLEC to CLEC conversion process for Loops may be used by ITC^DeltaCom when converting an existing Loop from another CLEC for the same End User. The Loop type being converted must be included in ITC^DeltaCom’s Agreement before requesting a conversion.
