Check and Credit Card Payments. The maximum payment allowed online with credit card, debit card, or PayPal is $2,500.00 per transaction. Any fees incurred for returned checks or chargebacks will be assessed to the Institution. Any such fees must be paid within five (5) business days. Failure to timely pay unpaid balances may result in the deactivation of all SmartPasses.
