Common use of Chassis Clause in Contracts

Chassis. The Additional Options NYS Discount shall be applied to the MSRP included on the OEM Data Book. If the Additional Options offered are not offered directly from the OEM, then the Additional Options NYS Discount shall be applied to the MSRP included on the Contractor-Published Pricelist;
