Common use of Charter Clause in Contracts

Charter. A. The School Corporation shall establish a public charter school (the “School”) in the District of Columbia and shall operate such School in accordance with this Agreement, the Act, and other applicable federal and District of Columbia laws. This Agreement shall constitute the School Corporation’s charter (the “Charter”) and shall be binding on the School Corporation, the School, and PCSB.
