CHARTER OPERATIONS. When the Aircraft is not in possession of and being operated by Client under 14 CFR Part 91, Manager shall be entitled to possession of the Aircraft sufficient to enable Manager to exert custody, command and control of the Aircraft as required for Manager engage in charter operations under 14 CFR Part 135.
