Charter Contracts. The Borrower shall not (and shall procure that no other member of the Group shall) commit a breach of any Charter or conduct itself in such a way as to cause or potentially cause, whether through action or inaction, a breach of a Charter which would entitle the other party to the Charter Contract to terminate or otherwise determine the Charter.
