Charitable Contributions. During the three-year period immediately following the Effective Time, Parent shall provide, directly or indirectly, community development and charitable contributions within the service areas of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries that are utilities at levels consistent with the levels of community development and charitable contributions historically provided by the Company and its Subsidiaries and thereafter at levels consistent with those provided by Parent and its Subsidiaries within their service areas.
