The Company as beneficial owner and as security for the payment and discharge of all Liabilities hereby charges in favour of the Agent: (1) by way of first fixed charge, all Book Debts; and (2) by way of first floating charge over accounts into which Book Debts are or will be paid and all related documents and records.
