Common use of Charges for Space Clause in Contracts

Charges for Space. In consideration for the rental of the space, Exhibitor shall pay to CCAFI a fee in the amount of $215 for a 10’ x 10’ space. Said charges shall accompany the delivery to CCAFI of an executed copy of this Agreement and shall be postmarked by April 30th, 2023 and mailed to: COLORSCAPE CHENANGO ARTS FESTIVAL, INC., P.O. BOX 624, NORWICH, NY 13815 Exhibitors who do not return their contract and fees by April 30th, 2023 risk loss of their assigned space.

BOX 624X.X. XXX 000, NORWICHXXXXXXX, NY 13815 XX 00000 Exhibitors who do not return their contract and fees by April 30th, 2023 2022 risk loss of their assigned space.
