Charges for non Sample Clauses

Charges for non. Contractual work at any repair or maintenance vendor facility, other than PENSKE's, will be at the actual invoice cost of that vendor without markup. PENSKE agrees to include a copy of the invoice from the outside vendor with the PENSKE invoice to Customer for the repair or maintenance performed.

Charges for non. Contracted Equipment will be made at Ambient’s prevailing rates for such services as are required in the first instance to put such Non-Contracted Equipment in good repair and condition and in the second instance the prevailing rates for the balance of the term as set out in 3.3 hereof whereupon such Non Contracted Equipment will become Additional Equipment.
