Common use of Charges and Other Costs Clause in Contracts

Charges and Other Costs. 11.1 The Pledgor shall be responsible for all the costs and actual expenses in relation to this Agreement, including but not limited to legal fees, cost of production, stamp tax and any other taxes and costs. The Pledgee shall be fully reimbursed by the Pledgor for any taxes and fees paid by the Pledgee in accordance with the laws.
