CHARGE HAND. Where the Hospital assigns an employee to carry out the responsibilities of a Charge Hand, that employee shall receive for each hour so assigned seventy cents ($0.70) per hour in addition to the regular straight time hourly rate for their classification as set out in Schedule βAβ of the Collective Agreement.
