Common use of Charge Backs Clause in Contracts

Charge Backs. Servicer shall issue account charge backs where appropriate and necessary. All Transactions that meet all criterions agreed upon by Servicer and Bank, such criterion to be in compliance with applicable Network Rules and Applicable Law, will be issued charge backs by Servicer in an effort to recover funds from a merchant that has either made an error or charged an amount not authorized by Servicer or Bank.
