Chapter Administration. These rules become effective May 31, 2004. • Any verbal warning, written warning or suspension on your record will be removed effective May 31, 2004. • A Union representative will be present for each disciplinary and counseling action taken. • Management reserves its right to put an end to inappropriate behavior and notify the employee(s) that further action may be taken. • Any disciplines issued will remain on your record for one year from date of issuance.
Chapter Administration. 1. The Parties shall establish focal points, who shall be responsible for following up on issues relating to the implementation of this Chapter. 2. The focal points may meet in person or by any available technological means. 3. The Parties shall, every three (3) years after the entry into force of this Agreement, consider the need for a review of this Chapter, in light of milestones in the area of good regulatory practices at the international level and the experiences accumulated by the Parties.
Chapter Administration. A. Chapters should hold a minimum of four (4) Board meetings per year. B. In order to receive a charter, a new chapter shall have a minimum of twenty (20) members, and be expected to maintain a minimum of twenty (20) members. C. Chapter shall maintain a qualified membership database. D. Chapter is expected to maintain annual membership at a 60% retention rate, and 10% recruitment rate. E. Chapters are expected to comply with SMRP communication/reporting requirements and complete an “Annual Quality Chapter Report” as available in the SMRP Chapter Leader’s Guide and Policy Manual. F. Chapter shall arrange for Chapter representation at a minimum of one SMRP meeting per year.
Chapter Administration. The Parties shall work together to achieve the objectives of this Chapter through various means, such as information and communication technologies, face-to-face meetings, or working groups with experts in accordance with Article 16.2(b) (Functions of the Commission).
