Common use of Chapter 11 Voting Clause in Contracts

Chapter 11 Voting. In addition to the obligations set forth in Section 5.01, during the Agreement Effective Period, each Consenting Stakeholder that is entitled to vote to accept or reject the Plan pursuant to its terms, severally, and not jointly, agrees that it shall, subject to receipt by such Consenting Stakeholder of the Solicitation Materials:

Chapter 11 Voting.
