Changing Broadband provider or discontinuing Your Broadband Service. You must give Us 30 days’ notice to end Your Broadband Service. If You wish to change to another Broadband provider it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements with the alternative Service Provider. If You wish to cease Your Broadband then You must notify Us to cease Your line.
