CHANGES TO YOUR PLAN. 17.1. All changes to your child’s agreed planned attendance (‘plan’) are subject to availability: 17.2. PERMANENT CHANGES: Should you wish to reduce your child’s plan permanently we require 2-months written notice. This is applicable both prior to starting and during your time with us. Unless otherwise specified on your service order, any upgrade or Add-Ons that you add will be coterminous with the existing Plan and automatically renew at the end of the subscription term along with your Plan. If you choose to downgrade your Plan or remove any Add-Ons from your Plan, you will not be issued any refunds or credits for the unused and prepaid fees in connection with the downgrade or removal. Downgrading your Plan may cause the loss of content, features, or capacity of your account and we will not be liable for any such loss.
