CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER. 4.1. You may make a change to the Exam You have chosen to sit and/or the Sessions You have chosen to attend (or if You are a company the Exam and/or Sessions You have chosen for Your named employees to attend) before the Event start date via the Event website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇. We will try to make these changes for You but may not be able to accommodate Your requested changes. 4.2. We will ask You to provide the names of the attendees for the Event upon registration. If You wish to make any changes to these names You must notify Us before 10 working days prior to the Event start date and ensure that the substitute agrees to the terms of the Agreement. After this time We will try to accommodate requests for changes to the names of individuals attending the Event but cannot guarantee that We will be able to accommodate such changes.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER a. If you want to make a change to the stairlift you have ordered, contact us and we will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will tell you about any difference in the price, the estimated time we will be able to supply the stairlift within and any relevant details connected with the change. We will ask you to confirm whether or not you want to go ahead with the change and provide you with any updated documents (see clause 2.2) confirming your amended order. If the change is not possible, or you do not accept the consequences of making the change, you can end the agreement (see clause 17). b. We may need to make changes to your order. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you and you may contact us to end the agreement before the changes take effect, in which case you will receive a refund for goods or services paid for but not received (see clause 17).

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER a) If you want to make a change to your Order for the Start Up Programme after our Acceptance of your Order, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. b) Please note: we cannot accommodate or accept all changes to your Order. Any accepted changes are at our sole discretion and must be agreed in writing. Any agreed changes to your Order might result in additional reasonable fees being charged to you, to cover any costs we incur as a result of the change. We shall be entitled to invoice to you for these additional fees and they shall be payable in accordance with paragraph 14c). c) If you would like to increase the number of teams who partake in the Start Up Programme, after our Acceptance of your Order, then additional Student Companies are required to be ordered and registered on the Digital Platform and you shall pay us the applicable additional fee per additional Company. We will issue an invoice for such additional fees immediately. Please note that we are not always able to accommodate additional students or Student Companies after our Acceptance of your initial Order and we reserve the right to refuse to allow more students or Student Companies than the number in your original Order.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER. 3.1. You may make a change to an Order at any time before the collection time set out in our email acceptance of your Order by contacting us at ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ clearly stating your order number. 3.2. Without your consent and at our discretion, we may make a change to your Order as an alternative to cancelling it. 3.3. Where changes are made to an Order we will reissue the Order confirmation to you via email.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER. 4.1 You may change Your Order at any time before it has been fulfilled. 4.2 If You change Your Order, we reserve the right to cancel the Order in which case clause 4.3 shall apply. If We accept a change to the Order, we reserve the right to amend our price for that Order. 4.3 If We cancel an Order under clause 4.2 You must pay for all Parts and Services provided or used to the date of cancellation as stated in clause 12.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER. 7.1 CANCELLATION BY US‌ We reserve the right to cancel your Order for any reason, and will notify you of this as soon as possible. Where payment has already been debited, the full amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Changes to Specifications All Specifications and any changes thereto agreed to by the parties from time to time shall be in writing, dated and signed by the parties. Any change to the Process shall be deemed a Specification change. No change in the Specifications shall be implemented by Catalent, whether requested by Client or requested or required by any Regulatory Authority, until the parties have agreed in writing to such change, the implementation date of such change, and any increase or decrease in costs, expenses or fees associated with such change (including any change to Unit Pricing). Catalent shall respond promptly to any request made by Client for a change in the Specifications, and both parties shall use commercially reasonable, good faith efforts to agree to the terms of such change in a timely manner. As soon as possible after a request is made for any change in Specifications, Catalent shall notify Client of the costs associated with such change and shall provide such supporting documentation as Client may reasonably require. Client shall pay all costs associated with such agreed upon changes. If there is a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the Specifications, this Agreement shall control. Catalent reserves the right to postpone effecting changes to the Specifications until such time as the parties agree to and execute the required written amendment.

  • Changes to Services The Parties acknowledge and agree that there will be changes to the scope of the Services during the Contract Period. The Customer may amend the Stories that are comprised within the Minimum Marketable Features of a Release at any time during the Release at no additional charge and without adopting the Change Control Procedure set out in Clause 28 above provided that: the Customer shall not be entitled to make any changes to the Stories that form the subject of a Sprint following the mutual agreement by the Parties of the Sprint Plan for that Sprint; new Stories and/or changes to existing Stories may only be introduced if: existing Stories with an equivalent number of Story Points are removed; or existing Stories are reduced in size by the equivalent number of Story Points, such that the total number of Story Points for the Release remains constant throughout the Release. The Supplier shall consider any request by the Customer to increase the number of Story Points for a Release, and may, subject to the Change Control Procedure set out at Clause 28, agree to such request.

  • Changes to Service We may, from time to time, modify the Service to reflect improvements and other changes and modifications to our network. In addition, we reserve the right to discontinue or limit Service as required to comply with or satisfy our obligations under applicable laws or regulations, including when changes to or interpretations of such laws and regulations have a material, adverse effect on the business, technical or economic feasibility of providing Service, as determined by us in our reasonable judgment.

  • Annexes, Appendices and Footnotes The annexes, appendices and footnotes to this Agreement constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
