Changes to the Data Processor Agreement. 12.1 BG may at any time change this Data Processor Agreement. The Agreement in force at the time in question are available on BG’s website. Notifications of changes will be made on BG’s website, invoices, email, SMS or through post. However, inessential changes in this Agreement may be notified only on BG’s website. All changes in the Agreement between BG and the Customer must be in writing.
