Common use of CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT. 3.1 With the exception of any changes as a result of government legislation or under clause 23 of this Contract, this Contract cannot be varied unless the variation has been agreed between you and the University, and has been confirmed in writing by the Accommodation Office. 3.2 The University will be entitled to recover its reasonable costs of implementing any variation requested by you.
