CHANGES TO SOLICITATION. HHSC reserves the right to change any provision of this Solicitation, or to withdraw this Solicitation, at any time prior to award, if it is in the best interest of HHSC and will post notice of such change on the ESBD. It is the responsibility of Respondent to periodically check the ESBD to ensure full compliance with the requirements of this Solicitation.
