Changes to Security Measures. Changes in security measures shall be handled in accordance with change management process of the Main Agreement.
Changes to Security Measures. Each party may change or supplement the measures described in the prior Section during the term of this Agreement, provided that such changes do not materially lessen the security of such measures and that such measures remain in compliance with applicable Data Protection Laws, including Art. 32 GDPR.
