Common use of Changes to Scope Clause in Contracts

Changes to Scope. CITY reserves the right to change the scope of the Project by adding or deducting work to be performed by CM@RISK under this Contract. Increases to the scope of work to be paid for out of the Owner’s Contingency shall be documented by a Work Change Directive. Deductions from the work and additions after the Owner’s Contingency has been exhausted shall be documented by a Change Order executed by both parties.
