Changes to Pool Services Fees. 12.5.1 We may vary the Pool Services fees set out in your Energy and Pool Services Price Fact Sheet and Consent Form due to change in market conditions, costs and prices. We will give you notice of any fee variations as soon as practicable and no later than your next bill 12.5.2 Under ordinary circumstances, we will not vary the Pool Services fees more often than once per year.
