Changes to Other Submissions Sample Clauses

Changes to Other Submissions. No Material Changes to any Other Submission shall be made without District’s prior written approval. If Developer desires to make any Material Changes to any Other Submission, Developer shall submit the proposed changes to District for approval, which approval shall be granted or withheld in District’s sole but reasonable discretion. District agrees that it shall respond to any such request within a reasonable period of time, not to exceed fifteen (15) Business Days.
