Other Submissions. Performing Agency will submit accurate and timely information to the System Agency in accordance with the Submission Calendar or in the timelines below, as follows:

Other Submissions. You acknowledge and agree that any information or materials other than Contest Submissions, including, but not limited to, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, plans, notes, drawings, original or creative materials or information regarding the Site, Quote Devil, the Contest Submissions or Quote Devil's products or services, that are posted on the Quote Devil site, Facebook page or other Quote Devil online channel or otherwise provided by you in the form of e-mail or other submissions to Quote Devil (together, the "Other Submissions"), are non-confidential as between you and Quote Devil and shall become the sole property of Quote Devil. Quote Devil shall own, and you hereby assign to Quote Devil, all right, title and Interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to such Other Submissions and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Other Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You agree to execute any documentation required by Quote Devil (in its sole discretion) to confirm such assignment to, and unrestricted use and dissemination by, Quote Devil of such Other Submissions.

Copies of all petitions, applications and communications submitted by the Grantee to the FCC, Securities and Exchange Commission or any other federal or state regulatory commission or agency having jurisdiction in respect to any matter affecting cable operation within the Franchise Area shall also be submitted simultaneously to the City.
