Changes to Information. The Customer must notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Petroleum in writing of any change in the Customer’s name, address, or other relevant details set out in the Customer Particulars Form. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Petroleum will not be responsible for any errors or losses associated with a change in the Customer’s particulars if ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Petroleum are not notified by the customer.
