Changes to Elective Deferrals. Participants shall be permitted to terminate their Elective Deferrals at any time upon proper and timely notice to the Plan Administrator. A Participant may modify a Salary Deferral Agreement to increase or decrease the amount of his or her Elective Deferrals on a prospective basis as of such times established by the Plan Administrator in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner. A Participant who ceases Elective Deferrals may return as a Participant as of such times established by the Plan Administrator in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner.
