CHANGES TO DETAILS. 5.1. You agree that you will give us (addressed to the financial controller or equivalent) not less than fourteen (14) days prior written notice of any proposed change to your name and/or any other changes to your details (including but not limited to, changes to the ownership of the company, address, email, contact phone or business structure). 5.2. Should you fail to comply with clause 5.1, you agree that you will be in breach of this Agreement and shall be liable for any expense or loss of profit suffered by us (including any Related Company).

CHANGES TO DETAILS. The Tenant must, by written notice, promptly inform the Landlord of any change of address, email address or phone number of the Tenant or the Alternative Contact Person by no later than 48 hours after this change has happened.
